The theme for the Berkley community in 2022 was all about celebrating our successes. From the school district to the local businesses, and our service organizations to the municipalities, everyone has something to commemorate. The 2022 State of the Cities storyboard and script was developed with an Oscars aesthetic as this was the first in-person awards ceremony since the pandemic.
Each department was honored and highlighted by their wins from the year, even winning an “Oscar” to take back to staff.
